Section 223
Expiration date or date may be suspended
Regardless of what is written in section 222, if a case arises in a case beyond its control and fails to appear in court on the specified deadline date, the party who has passed the deadline or if the date has passed, the party who has passed the deadline can adjourn for up to fifteen days in the case of the deadline and up to twenty one days in the case of the deadline.
